加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實(shí)現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準(zhǔn)確了解物體的運(yùn)動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標(biāo)軸上的分量；另一方面，在預(yù)先不知道物體運(yùn)動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)雙軸正負(fù)90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預(yù)先不知道物體運(yùn)動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點(diǎn)，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準(zhǔn)確反映物體的運(yùn)動性質(zhì)。
美國Dytran的3143D是一款三軸IEPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，重量14g，自帶4針徑向連接器和6-32鉸軸安裝設(shè)計(jì)，同時集成3個陶瓷剪切模式感應(yīng)元件，再配備鈦合金外殼，應(yīng)對超高濕度和多塵工作環(huán)境。
The Dytran 3143D is a miniature IEPE triaxial accelerometer with a vertical dimension of 0.34 inches (8.7 millimeters) and an overall weight of 14 grams. Available with a sensitivity of 10 mV/g, the Dytran model 3143D features three ceramic shear mode sensing elements packaged in a lightweight titanium housing.
Units utilize an industry standard radial 4-pin connector and thru hole 6-32 mounting screw. This ring style configuration allows the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of installation. The Dytran model 3143D is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments, as well as case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
