張力儀是測量絲網(wǎng)受到拉力作用時其內(nèi)部與固定絲網(wǎng)接觸體之間的相互牽引力大小的儀器。張力儀有機械式和電子式兩種，測量張力的單位用牛頓/厘米表示。張力也可以用相對數(shù)值來表示。厘米張力儀就是用相對數(shù)值表示張力的一種，是通過張力儀自身重量使絲網(wǎng)下沉的深度的數(shù)值(毫米)來計算，張力數(shù)值可從指示盤上直接得到，或者從控制盤上間接得到。張力儀有手工操作和機械操作兩種。張力儀是檢驗絲網(wǎng)印版質(zhì)量的重要的檢測儀器。為保證得到制版要求的張力，在繃網(wǎng)過程中或繃網(wǎng)后都要使用張力儀測量。

Outer Rollers are mounted on a spring-loaded bracket which greatly simplifies acquisition of the yarn without stopping the speed.
